Fish oil is derived from fishes and the benefits can be derived from eating fish also. The fish oil contains a concentration of omega 3 fatty acids, which are known to be helpful to overcome and avoid various health issues. The fish oil is derived from various fishes ranging from tuna and salmon all the way to herring, trout, anchovies and mullets.
